Integration of services and content from third parties (e.g. Youtube / Vimeo)

It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube or Vimeo, surveys with a form function from Google, maps from Google Maps, or graphics from other websites are integrated into this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content ("third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address you could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party provider uses the IP address e.g. save for statistical purposes.

The publisher automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits to us in its server log files. These are: browser type / version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), host name of the accessing computer (IP address), time of the server request. This data may also be passed on to third parties to record access statistics (providers of web statistics services), but the operator cannot assign them to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Hosting & collection of access data & log files

The website is installed on a hoster's server. Here, we, or our hosting provider, process content and usage data of visitors to this online offer based on our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of this online offer in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction Art. 28 GDPR (conclusion of an order processing contract).

For this purpose, usage data is saved in so-called server log files each time the server on which the website is installed is accessed. The access data include the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider .

For security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud), log file information is stored for a maximum of 7 days and then anonymized and deleted from the server after a further 9 weeks. Data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.
